Challenge
Lyford Bridge Honey lacked a distinctive identity to represent its values and heritage. The brand required a way to communicate its mission to save bees and promote pollination while standing out on shelves.
Lyford Bridge Honey lacked a distinctive identity to represent its values and heritage. The brand required a way to communicate its mission to save bees and promote pollination while standing out on shelves.
Solution
The logo design was inspired by the historic Lyford Bridge, built in 1837, with its three arches reimagined as honeycomb hexagons. A Victorian-style font was chosen for the logotype to honour the bridge's history. The brand mission statement, "Where bees thrive, nature blossoms," was developed to highlight the critical environmental impact of bees. Packaging designs featured intricate illustrations of flowers with bees visiting them, visually tying the brand story to its mission of pollination and environmental stewardship.
