Fathom - call recording and transcript tool. Clients are informed at the start of any recorded call and the Fathom bot is visible in the call chat. Privacy policy: fathom.video/privacy
Cal.com - scheduling tool used to book client calls. Collects name and email address. Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy
QuickBooks (Intuit) - accounting software used for invoicing. Processes billing information. Privacy policy: intuit.com/privacy

Outline - project workspace used to share project files and information with clients. Privacy policy: getoutline.com/privacy

5. Do we use AI tools?
Yes. We use Claude by Anthropic as an AI assistant to support our business operations. This may involve referencing client project information, emails, or briefs within the tool. 6. How long do we keep your information?
We retain client and contact information indefinitely as part of our business records unless you request deletion. Financial records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in line with UK legal requirements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained in Fathom until deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@goodnessbydesign.com.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age.
